Villa Pag d.o.o., tourist agency, Pag 12b, 23250 Pag (hereinafter: the agency), provides the guest with accommodation services according to the published information available on the website. www.villapag.com, and according to the description and term in accordance with the confirmed reservation (offer), except in the case of illness or death of the service provider or his/her immediate family; and extraordinary circumstances that cannot be predicted or eliminated (e.g. earthquakes, floods, fires, droughts, wars, strikes, terrorist actions and restrictions issued by the state: mobilization, ban on leaving the country).
Inquiries and accommodation reservations are accepted electronically.
When confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Everything stated in the General Terms and Conditions becomes a legal obligation for both the guest and the agency. When making a reservation, the guest is obliged to provide accurate information. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is paid immediately before arrival or upon arrival, as indicated in the offer.
The accommodation price includes basic accommodation services and utilities (electricity, water, gas) in the usual range, as well as a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
Additional services are not included in the basic price and are paid separately, if ordered. Prices are expressed in EUR, and the agency will accurately display all items in the offer.
If more people arrive than stated in the offer or voucher, the service provider may refuse additional guests or request an additional fee.
Accommodation units are described according to official categorization and actual condition. Standards may vary between destinations.
Arrival is possible after 4:00 PM, and departure is possible until 10:00 AM.
The keys are collected at the property by the service provider.
The agency can change or cancel the reservation in extraordinary circumstances (item 1). In this case, they will offer alternative accommodation of the same or higher category, with the consent of the guest. If this is not possible, the agency will cancel the reservation and return the amount paid.
The guest must notify the cancellation or change in writing (by e-mail to info@villapag.com). Any change may be considered a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed by the agency and the service provider.
The advance payment is not refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
If the cancellation is within 14 days before arrival, or during the stay, the guest pays the full amount.
It is possible to find a replacement passenger if the agency and service provider approve it.
If the guest wants to reactivate the canceled reservation, he must pay the full amount and any deposit (up to 30% of the amount, at least €100).
The agency is obliged to ensure that the service is provided in good faith, in accordance with professional rules and the law, except in the case of extraordinary circumstances.
The guest agrees to:
Have valid travel documents
Upon arrival, present your ID card or passport and voucher and pay the remaining amount.
Compensate any damage to the service provider
Respect the house rules and regulations of the facility
Bear all costs arising from failure to comply with these conditions.
The agency is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage. The report of theft or loss should be made to the competent police station.
The guest can file a complaint about poor quality service immediately upon arrival, via e-mail. info@villapag.com or by phone at +385 92 44 981 (customer service hours: 08:00 – 20:00).
The guest must cooperate with the agency and the service provider in good faith.
If a guest leaves the property without prior notice, they lose the right to a refund or complaint.
A written complaint with evidence (photographs, documents) must be submitted no later than 8 days after return.
The agency responds within 14 days (or 28 days if additional time is needed for verification).
During the complaint procedure, the guest waives the mediation of third parties, publication in the media and filing lawsuits.
The maximum possible fee cannot exceed the amount of the advertised part of the service.
The agency is not responsible for external circumstances (weather, crowds, etc.).
LAST MINUTE, FIRST MINUTE and SPECIAL OFFER reservations are not subject to complaints or refunds.
By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts all points of these terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is Pag.
Villa Pag d.o.o. undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, but to use them exclusively for its own marketing needs (e.g. sending special offers).
The guest can request the deletion of their data at any time by sending a request to info@villapag.com.
